How much does a house cleanout cost?
It depends on the size of the cleanout and the items being discarded. There is no weight limit, and we never charge by weight. Quotes are free with no obligation. Call or text 508-801-1640.
What do you take?
Furniture, all appliances, air conditioners, mattresses, box springs, televisions, tires, boxes, yard equipment and just about everything else. The only flat fees are mattresses and box springs ($75 each), televisions ($50 each) and tires ($40 each).
Do I have to do any lifting?
No. You point, and we lift, load and haul it all away.
Do you clean out apartments and storage units?
We do, along with whole houses of any size and office buildings, across Worcester County and Central MA.
Should I book a cleanout or rent a dumpster?
If you would rather load it yourself at your own pace, a 7-day dumpster rental starts at $450, with no weight limit on household junk. If you want it done for you, book a cleanout.
Do you donate usable items?
Yes. If there are items we can donate to a good cause, we will.
